Dune Point's largest apartment with deck and gorgeous ocean views is located on the top floor of the main building. It features: Private bath with shower, queen size bed, and A/C in each bedroom. Living room has a sofa, dining table and satellite TV. In the kitchen, you will find a stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and all of the kitchen basics.

Located in the main building on our largest ocean deck. This studio includes a queen size bed, twin daybed, private bath with shower, A/C, satellite TV. In the kitchen, you will find a stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and all of the kitchen basics. Oceanfront deck with chaise lounges.

Located just steps away from our ocean deck and the beach. This open-studio concept includes a queen size bed, two twin beds (high rise day bed), kitchen with stove, oven, large refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and all of the kitchen basics, private bath with shower, A/C, satellite TV, and deck.

Located just steps away from our ocean deck and the beach. This apartment features: Private bath with shower, queen size bed and A/C in the bedroom. Front room has a high rise daybed (two twins), full kitchen, dining table and satellite TV. There is a shared deck with chaise lounges, table and chairs.

Situated in the back of our second building, this is our most economical accommodations. This room includes two twin beds or one double bed, satellite TV, kitchenette (stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and all of the kitchen basics), A/C, and a private bath with shower.
Your Stay at Dune Point
A minimum two night stay is required throughout our season.
Check-in at the PASSENGER FERRY DOCK - Dune Point’s check-in office is located just off the passenger ferry dock. Look for the Dune Point sign on the left hand side.
Check-in: Between 3:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. daily, 9:00 p.m. on Fridays (in season only). If you plan on arriving after that time, please call ahead to make arrangements to obtain your room key as our office will be closed. There is a $10.00 cash deposit for each room key and will be refunded to you upon check-out.
Check-Out: 11:00 a.m. There are no refunds for early check-outs. Late check-outs will be charged a fee.
If you are in hurry or it is before or after office hours, you can return the room key in the key drop-off box located outside the office. Your key deposit will be credited to your credit card.
Dune Point is an adult only property.
Dune Point does not allow unregistered guests on the property. This includes both day guests and overnight guests. We strictly adhere to our room occupancy guidelines. To respect all of our guests and neighbors, we ask that all guests refrain from loud parties. These policies will be enforced.
Dune Point does not provide daily cleaning service. Unless requested, we will not replenish towels during your stay. For towel requests, please see any cleaning staff member roaming the property. They will be happy to assist you.
We must receive written notification of any cancellations at least 14 days prior to the first day of the reservation for a refund, less a 10% service fee. No refunds for cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the first day of the reservation, late arrivals, early departures, or any other reason. Vacancy due to weather or any other circumstances are considered non-refundable cancellations. Failure to notify our office directly that you will not check in on your scheduled arrival date will result in an automatic cancellation of the remainder of the reservation without refund. You must request any changes to a reservation directly with our office. We strictly adhere to our cancellation policy.
